Boating on the Thames is a family owned and operated business B.O.T.T.S for short.  We are offer the Recreational and the Commercial Boater safe and convenient access to the Thames River and Long Island Sound whether you're a local resident or a visitor to the New London area.

 

Bring your own boat or paddle, rent one from us.   14 single kayaks and 4 tandems all are ready to paddle.  If you bring your own boat, we will certainly put it in the water for you.  Give us a call there is summer storage or valet service to the boater who lives far afield and doesn’t want to keep pulling the boat around.   We will have it in the water with just a phone call.  We even fix trailers.

 

We invite the self paddlers as we call those who have their own kayak/canoe/rowing shell.  We have a launch spot just for you.  Here at B.O.T.T.S we welcome clubs.  Just call ahead for parking arrangements and fee.

 

If you are a large family group, Club,  or a business and would like a spot for a picnic or gathering give BOTTS a call.  Kayak Beach is available.  Great views of fireworks.

 

Party boat owners/captains need a convenient spot to pick up your guests.  Do you need a home port?  Come down and have a chat. 

 

We offer a wide range of Marine support services to all boaters such as hauling, launching, repair, winter storage, summer storage, and rental of small boats and kayaks.  The mechanic is on duty.

 

The site isn’t very new as “the family” had been on Harrison’s Landing since the 20’s.  It uses have changed over the generations.

 

Stop down, our site on Harrison’s Landing is conveniently located near all the major highways and locals roads.  Come by land or by sea.
